Project brief details
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, country and project information. Business name, phone and reference website are optional. When you choose Send my enquiry, those details are processed by Cloudflare and Google Apps Script, saved in our private Google Sheets enquiry tracker, and included in a notification to [email protected] in Google Workspace. We use them to respond to your request and discuss potential work. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Enquiry delivery and security
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. Cloudflare may show a security check when you open the website and use a clearance cookie to remember successful verification. It processes network and device signals for these checks. Only verified submissions are accepted by our enquiry connection. Google Workspace stores the enquiry tracker and notification emails. A submission is confirmed only after it has been saved; notification emails may be delayed. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Theme preference
The website saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage under trt-theme. It is not linked to your brief. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Fonts and external links
Typography may load from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver those files, such as an IP address and browser request details. No enquiry fields are included in those requests. External websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
Analytics and marketing
With your opt-in, Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to measure page visits, sessions and successful enquiries. Google Tag Manager and Analytics load only after you select Accept analytics. We do not enable advertising tracking or Google Signals. We exclude URL query strings and do not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or reference numbers to Analytics. Google may process device, browser and approximate location information. Choose Essential only to decline, or use Cookie preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawal removes our Analytics cookies and stops future measurement in this browser; it does not erase data already processed. We remember your choice for 180 days. We do not add you to a mailing list when you send an enquiry. Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process access logs and security data. The website remembers your theme choice; the enquiry delivery service operates its own spam protection.

Contact [email protected] to ask about your enquiry or request correction or deletion. Enquiry records and email correspondence are kept while needed to handle your request or a resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
